Question for Dr. Bermant, recurrence

On your web site you have one guy who had a recurrence of gyno.  You have picutres of him at 2 months and 9 months.  By 9 months he is almost back to where he was pre-surgery.

But what was the resolution of this guy?  Do you know what caused the recurrence of gyno?  He looks relatively young and in good shape.  I'm confused as to how it could come back so badly.
