Questions about endorsements and testimonials.

I did not mean to imply that every comment about a pleasant surgical experience was suspect.   Nor will I block or lock all such comments. 
What is objectionable is when someone posts a complete advertising pamphlet with the names and phone numbers of the office staff and schedulers all details of the surgery, third party photographs and the complete lists of prices. Those are clearly advertisements posing as testimonials.
If you had surgery and you want to talk about the outcome or you have questions, those posts are always welcome.
