Questions to ask a doctor during an initial consultation

Hi,

I'm planning on getting gynecomastia surgery, and I'm doing some initial email consultations with a couple of doctors. I was wondering if the forum members and doctors on this forum could tell me some questions I should ask for my initial email consultations. I've always been a healthy person and never had surgery of any kind so doing this is very very out of the ordinary for me. I'd appreciate any guidance in this area.
