this is a crazy question: in addition to GYNO and puffy nipples, have always had very sensitive nipples. This is not such a bad thing, and I wonder if this would be gone and I would lose all this sensation if I were to hvae the glands removed. Does anyone have any commentaries on nerve damage or any other feedback regarding sensation---perop compared to post op?

Some people get back nipple sensation after a year ... others never do. Personally I couldn't care ... I think you'll find its girls that really care about Nipple sensation, not us lads.

Personally I could care less if I ever feel my nipples again, I just want them to look normal.

This is a mostly unrelated question but I didn't want to make a new thread for it-- what about chest hair that grows around where the incisions are.  Will that grow back normally?
