Yeah- I've actually written down several notes that I will take with me to my appointment next week.  I'm gonna ask the PS to indulge me for a minute or two so that I can share my concerns with him before he examines me.  I dunno- sometimes they move and talk so fast during an exam it's easy to get a little flustered and then inevitably I will leave his office wishing I had gotten all of my questions answered.
