Excision and lipo for me. My nipples now look very normal. The process of flattening (due to the loose nipple skin I had, what with no gland pushing it out anymore) actually took longer than I thought, I'm 4 months post op in about a week and a half and have noticed that my results have been getting better and better over the last week or two.
