Scar tissue?

About 4 months post op and on my right nipple I can still feel a hard little ball in there on the top of the nipple mostly and it makes it point out, is this scar tissue?

It could be. Was it there immediately following surgery? If it was it's likely left over gland. If it formed week/months after surgery then its scare tissue. If it is scar tissue some doctors offer steroid injections that break it up ( kenalog). It was a great solution in my case.
