  • I HATE THIS SHIT
Hi to all community.
I've been reading for a long time but never wrote a word
First of all i am 23,1.80 cm,80 kg. I   noticed the lumps under my nipple when i was 14, but i gave no importance and forget completley. My high school days were perfect i had never heard a word about gyno at all. Until 2004 it was all ok for me, i was wearing tight t-shirts, going to pool etc... But one day at college(medicine) one of the teachers asked me  "what is the average E2 of a woman" i made up and said 10-15 pg. He laughed and said "no, even you have E2 around that. In fact ur breasts seem larger to me"(Fuckin SOB!) Some of the students laughed but i am a respected guy, so no one made jokes and everyone forget it. But i didnt.
I can honestly say that, that conversation fucked my world. You can easily guess my life after that. Searching the internet, reading books, changing clothes hundred of times at the morning, checking ur chest when nobody is looking at you...
Anyway  i had an operation at 19 February 2005, and marked FREEDOM to my diary. First days were great especially when i was wearing an elastic bandage. After that i wasnt so happy but i was thinking that the scar tissue will go way and i will be totally fine.  At June, when i was looking to mirror, i noticed that my right was ok, but my left nipple was pushing through my T-Shirt. And then when i was palpating, i noticed a small lump(bean) under my left.(that day was a crap too).
I; went to an endocrinologist and made a blood test.
My T was:12 (N=8-56)
My E2 was:25(N=10-50) The Dr.said they were normal but he wasnt the man with gyne. So, i started searching some medical tx.(outta money after surgery)
Till 11 July i am taking 2 pills of Zinc picolinate (22 mg) and a multivitamin which contains 15 mg zinc.Nearly 60 mg  a day. I;'ve seen a liitle benefit from that. At december 11, ill make a blood test to see how much i decreased my E2.
But as you guess, that little effect is not enough so i am thinking of Andractim trial. I; searched the net but not seen any pre-post pictures of it.
So, i really need some advices. Please reply.
Thanx for listening, and sorry for the long, boring, and bad spelling message.

You could ask the doc for some aromatase blockers.  Arimidex for example.  These block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

But I doubt he'd prescribe them.

If you have a bean sized lump, that's nothing.  Lots of guys you can see their nips a bit through a t-shirt.  Don't worry about it.  As you get older you'll get less self-conscious.  You can't let it destroy your life, in the grand scheme of things, it's nothing.  This will sound condescending, but if slight gyno (yours sounds very slight, maybe I mis-read) is the biggest problem you have....then you don't have any problems.

Wait til you hit 30 or so and start losing your hair (if you do).  That's always good for a panic attack amongst most guys.
