i really want good results, so i wanna do everything in my power to get them, what is the best option i have

i have a surgery booked n a few months, i bodybuild so im pretty lean already, not fat

the only part o ym body which is shit is my chest due to gyne, losing weight made it look more prominent, its hard to believe itll ever look normal even after my surgery becacuse my skin is stretched a bit on my nipple due to the gland underneath or whatever

ps im a little scared

i chose the keep my awake method because it was like 400 dollars cheaper, but i really don't want to watch them cut my chesst open, do they cover my eyes or anything?

no offense but i haven't seen any photos really of anyone on here with a fully built chests/definition after the surgery

most people weigh a bit more, although the doctor said i should heal really well

i find it hard even working out now, i need to lean back so my nipples dont stick through my shirt, i can kiss bench presss goodbye

is it easier the leaner you are or harder or what

BUT MY NIPPLS LOOK LITERALLY PERFECT when im cold/they are shrivelled or whatever, ive never been so happy with my body when they are like that, cant even tell i have gyno, but they wont stay like that forever, i want them like that all the time!

Each "type" of gyne (ie, small, medium and large) has its own distinct potential problems -- in essence, there are no "easy" gyne cases.  In fact, every case is different and it requires a breadth of surgical experience to deal with each case that is presented to a surgeon.  That is why it is so important to choose an experienced gyne surgeon for your operation.
