Surgeon recommended Water assisted liposuction?

Hi!

My surgeon recommended new method called water assisted liposuction for me because I have a small gyno. He said that it is not guaranteed that everything will go but results have been so far very good. I'm little confused because doctors here say that liposuction is not enough because it does not remove hard gyno (I have it on left). But my surgeon says water assisted lipo is much better than traditional and he would use it...

What is your opinion?
