I've never been there, but I highly recommend even more thorough research into the surgeon. Thailand is a cheap place, and that's part of the attraction for anyone going there. But with it comes lower quality, lower standards, and poor regulations enforcement. Be careful.

Having said all of this, you're in a better place now. I believe you've made the decision to get surgery then? Do you feel the empowerment?!?! Yes, soon you will be "normal". It is feels good now, it will feel even better later when you're sunbathing on that sunny Aussie beach.

But don't jeopardise that future with cheap surgery. It's hard enough finding a decent surgeon in America, I'm even struggling over here in the Costa Del Sol! [This is where all the rich English come for surgery isn't it?] So as you said, you have $7.5k - spend it all on surgery! All other life problems are miniscule in comparison to all the bullsh*t anyone with gyne has accumulated as they live even on a day to day basis. Don't skimp out, you'll appreciate it when you're recovering from the best surgery money can buy. Not the most reasonable.

Start Googling... terms like "gynecomastia" "gynecomasty" "male breast reduction" "male chest reduction" "breast reduction" along with your location and bigger national cities.
