Hey everyone
I had surgery about a year to the day. I noticed just before I started highschool that something was messed with chest.  I was stoked to finally be done with my gyno after years of working out and trying everything I could to get rid of it.  However I noticed that my chest was'nt looking as flat or defined as I hoped it would have post surgery. Yea I had quite abit of muscle on my chest but my right was now alittle bigger than my left.  I thought maybe I had to lose bodyfat cause I know that the surgeon did'nt do any lipo just removal of the glands , he left some in on my right side which why it's larger than my left. At the time I did'nt know that he would leave anything in at all.
The Last few months I've really been dedicated to lowering my bodyfat % and i've seen awesome results . I'm leaner than ever , I got pretty much an 8pack just alittle fat left on my sides , veins popping out, I look jacked and ripped finally BUT my chest just brings all that sense of achievement crashing down along with my self esteem. I know maybe i'm too hard on my self but I really don't know what else I can do. So I wondering if anyone has had the surgery more than once and if it help or just made things worse with scaring or other side effects .
Thanks for taking time to read this

Unless the difference is considerable, you should think twice or more before going for a revision.

The first and least thought of reason is that our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical anyway; leaving a slight asymmetry makes the fact that you've had surgery less obvious.

The second is simply that repeated surgeries in the same location are not a good idea if they can be avoided. Scars become larger and more visible, healing is slower etc.

If the condition is really obvious and it is bothering you, see a surgeon. My personal opinion is that the usual caveat about using the greatest of care in selecting a surgeon is even more important if you are having a revision.
