Surgery Cost for just Puffy Nipples?

Yes, right now I am too young for surgery.  But I still need to know how much to save up.  I am not fat, people say i look deathly skinny or sometimes i get i look like i am annorexic.
I just want to know how much y'all have paid for just the nipple surgery part rather than the lipo.
