for puffy nipples, is surgery conducted by a specialised plastic surgeon, or by any surgeon?
Having read a few threads, I'm confused.

It can technically be performed by almost any doctor.... but you'll want a Plastic Surgeon with tons of experience to work on you. For starters, find the governing body that certifies Plastic Surgeons in your Province/State/Region. Then ask them for a list of certified Plastic Surgeons close by. You'll then hold a consulation with the PS - and go from there. When you do book the consulatation, a good idea would be to jump back on this forum, to find out what sort of questions to ask. May I ask where you reside?
