Hello, first of all id like to give you a bit of a back story. I had gyno surgery 7 weeks ago (excision + lipo). I have been to the doctor a few days ago and he said there are no limits in terms of exercising (meaning i can do it all). He did say I will be experiencing swelling for another 4 months or so.

Now the first question. Does swelling post op mean only swelling of the scar around the areola or the whole breast?

Secondly, the doc said big fluctuations in weight can bring bad results. How much fluctuation (up and down) in terms of weight is safe to not spoil results?

Lastly, Im looking to get into some weight training. Before the op, the doctor said strenghtening breast muscles can make it look worse as the gyno tissue becomes more visible. Can chest & back strenght exercises make my chest look worse after the surgery?

I thank you in advance for the answers :)
