So I have developed quite a bit of gland, but trying to detrmine the exact cause. Please help me in deciding which may have contributed most to my gyn development.

1) Abruptly stopping the use of anabolic steroids
2) Smoking a good amount of marijuana
3) Taking nexium and other anti-heartburn medications

Please let me know which you think may cause gyne the most.

I would think steriods would be the big cause.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Since I completely stopped taking them and my gyne didn't develop until after I stopped using roids and not during.

Definitely the steroid scenario.  Im assuming that no PCT regimine was followed.

If you dont mind me asking, what type of steroids, how often did you administer and what was the duration of the cycle?

I took equpoise, trenbolin and winstrol. I took them over the course of a tear and half; taking off about 3-4 months during that time. Ending the cycle I would just gradually reduce my intake, but I did not take any novidex or anything like that before, during or after my cycle.
