Sir, i think thats a pretty good conclusion.  I plan on moving down there in a few years anyways to be a mortgage broker after i recieve my business degree.  It should be good times.  My case isnt that bad, maybe mild to medium.  Just be secure with yourself i guess.  Most guys on here need to loose some freakin wieght!
