i read on here teat tree causes gyno in pre puberty children. Im 20 and at the end of puberty (not finished yet)

Can tea tree oil cause gyno in adults ?

 I just has surgery and dont want gyno to come back, i use tea tree soap and face scrub.

just err on the side of caution and don't use it.  I'm sure you can find another type of soap.
