Just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this site, especially the longtime members. I was 13 when I developed puffy nipples. I finally decided to have surgery 7 months ago. I'm 33 years old now and I can't believe that I waited 20 years to actually do something about it. That's 20 years of feeling ashamed and missing out on life. I have been lurking on this board for several years and it's been a wonderful source of support for me. It's nice to be to have a place to hear from others who share the same problems as you. There are some great people on here who genuinely care about others and offer good advice. If anyone is reading this and thinking about getting surgery for this condition then I have three words for you.....Just Do it. Surgery is a hard choice but it's even harder to be miserable and miss out on life because of something you can control and I'm pretty sure almost everyone that's had it would agree.
