Removing gynecomastia tissue is a lot more difficult than it may appear... this holds true for plastic surgeons who don't perform the procedure on a regular basis.  I would recommend seeking a board certified surgeon who specializes in removing gynecomastia... revisions are emotionally and financially costly.

Even if it was a joke I've contemplated doing this many times.  Sucks when you're in college and don't have the money to fork over for the procedure.  I know the first thing I'm doing out of college (if I even find a job) is saving every penny for surgery.

I picture a scarred misshaped disfigured creature. As far as the deformities I have actually seen from poor souls who have attempted self surgery, the title fits.
