Throat soreness

Its been about 5 days since my surgery and my throat is still bothering me from anesthesia.  Just curious as to whether that's normal or not.

Yeah mine bugged me for 4 days or so then went away.... no big deal

dont know if you realize this or not, but when you went under, they stuck a tube down your throat to assist you with breathing

Oh yeah, they told me I'd have some throat irritation, even gave me something nice to sip on while waking up  

I was just curious cause  no one ever seems to mention it in their post-ops experience.

I had my surgery yesterday and one of the first things I noticed was a sore throat.  This is normal.
