Time btw consult and surgery? and results question

Im probably gonna go to Dr Bermat in VA...anyone know how long between consult and sugery usually is?

also;

Right now im at about 16% BF with a some muscle mass, i used to lift a lot and be much bigger.

Would the surgeon have an easier job if i got my bodyfat lower and had a larger muscle chest muscle? Would this not help?

I am trying to decide if I should get myself looking good before i get the surgery (go cut and then bulk), or, to do it after?

Ive got a mix of glandular and fat.  not a major case.

for me it took only 3-4 weeks but its diffrent from doctor to doctor

the result will be better if u are in shape. if u are overweight u should loos some before the op but in your case thats not nessesery
