I read somewhere this helps with the ridding of chest fat. How true is this? Anyone care to share insight?

It doesn't work, sorry. 

There are many stories on the internet about various herbal remedies, drugs, etc for gyne.  If any of them worked -- even minimally -- to diminish established gyne, then virtually every guy on this forum would be on that product. And they would be talking about it -- especially on this site.

Doesn't that say something to you?

HHH.

There is no cream herb or product in existance that will target fat loss. There are products out there (thermogenics for example) that will help with weight loss but fat goes where it goes, you cannot target where from.

Doing press ups wont make you lose fat from the chest, and squats wont make you lose it from your butt.

As your start to lower your body fat you will find those problem area's will eventually go, it may be the last bit, but your body will find them eventually!

If you use Frenches mustard you are already consuming this herb. I'll bet there is some in your kitchen right now.

But so far it has not helped, right.
