Ultrasonic Lipo?

I am 15, have moderate gynecomastia and having surgery. My surgeon said that he would inject some liquid into my chest, and then ultrasonic lipo out the actual breast tissue? Has any one heard of this method. I am not fat at all

this sounds like vaser liposuction or liposelection...google vaser lipo for more info....it is a tumescent liposuction technique (adding liquid) but also does ultrasonic for a supposedly better recovery and less removal of non-fat stuff....I am having an op with this technique soon.

As far as I know this cannot remove gland which has to be excised. Doesnt seem likely that ultrasonic can dissolve tissue like fat cells.
