Under the armpit or through the areola (Which is better)?

I've been offered 2 different techniques to fix my gyno. I'm somewhat mild case so the armpit method is viable apparently. A company in the UK sent me this...

Either it's the difference in hospital (the more expensive one is a large one) or its a matter of better surgeons using the arm pit technique (unless she meant the armpit technique is used in both places?
