Your point is well taken and it is so very true.

There are some young men who are so comforted by the realization that their condition is common and they are not alone, that they pursue the matter no further.

While there is no denying that the primary focus of most people here is surgery, simple coping strategies can be found here as well for those who are not interested in surgery.
