Vaser vs power-assisted liposuction

I have been reading mixed reviews between Vaser and power-assisted liposuction. Is one necessarily better than the other?

Vaser seems to be easier for the trained surgeon to remove the fats. It also has some heat which is supposed to cause skin tightening and reduce irregularities in the skin.

However, my doctor told me that she will be using power-assisted liposuction instead. According to her, Vaser may cause some internal heat damage (if I remember it right) if not properly used.

I hope to hear some of your opinions on this. Thanks!
