waiting time for surgery

hi i am new to this forum.

I am almost 17 and just consider using surgery because I have gyne for more than 3 years.

It is relatively mild but very noticeable (for me at least) because I am thin (5'7, 130lbs).

How long do we usually wait for a consultation and a surgery? Less or more than 6 month?

I saw a few price examples from 2003, have the cost been going up?

For how long will I be not able to play sports?

Is the chance of unsuccesful case high?
