What medical conditons would rule out gyne surgery?

What medical conditons would rule out gyne surgery?
I had an MRA done of the brain and everything was ok except the slightest tiny abnormal curve in the basilar artery.
The doctors said it was ok and not to worry. I have not told them I was thinking about surgery for gyne.
And now I'm wondering if this would rule out gyne surgery?
If any of the doctors can comment on this or any medical conditions that would rule out surgery.

FYI.. I haf this mra done because I have family history of cerebal anneryusms my father and my uncle had it.
