what should i do?- residual gland

i need some advice on what to do in my situation..

I've had a consultation with Dr. Karidis about the result of my  gyne surgery 4 years ago. He said there still remains some residual gland. It is hard and doesn't hurt when I pinch it as hard as I can. The residual gland is causing a crease on my left side and a puffy nipple on my right side. Should I go back to my surgeon and get it removed? Or would that entail more risks than benefits?

Just to be clear Dr. Karidis never carried out the surgery in the first place?
How bad is the crease and puffy nipple? if its causing you distress and money is not the issue here, i'd personally get revision surgery.

no he didn't and money is an issue. residual gland supposedly is causing the crease and the puffy nipple- I got it done at Great Ormond Street
