Can anyone give me an explanation of this please?

In a nutshell it is the retention of water.  Normally or lymphatic system will take excell water and waste from tissue and reurn it to the blood supply for disposal.  For many different reasons, sometimes our systems does not work properly or is overloaded.  Several other reasons, but anyway it causes the collection of fluid ///retention of fluid.  Hope this helps.  Kept it to the basics

is it good for gyno, or bad for it? does it cause puffy nipps?

I don't really know when water RETENTION is ever good.  Now, our natural body process in an injury is to swell but thats not what would call water retention.  Usually it is not wanted.  I have heard though when people have gyne that after taking some foods or alcohol that it makes them retain some water and make gyne have a more fullness.  I don't think you want that.

I can testify. On the 31st of december, I couldn't understand why my chest looked so poor after the night meal. I thought indeed it was water retention. it seems it was. On the next morning, things were back to "normal"(...).
