Who should I see other than my GP about Gynecomastia

Hi,

I'm going back to see my doctor, but if I don't get anywhere who is the best person I can go to for a second oppinion that specializes in Gynecomastia or knows more about it.

Post a few pics dude...  Front, LHS and RHS. We will be able to tell you if you have G...

The best doc to see about G, is a Plastic Surgeon who specializes in the condition. GP's know very little if not nothing of Gynecomastia.

Where do you live? Canada/USA? What Province/State? Or do you live elsewhere?

Hi mate, i'm from UK so everything has to go through my GP I can't just go and see other people without their permition.
I will try and get some pics on.

I've read how doctors aren't great at picking up on it and as I have another appointment this week I need to know of other people I could ask to see for another oppinion.
Just trying to get my info together when I go see them so I don't walk away and not get anywhere, my chest is definatly swollen up around the nipples ( they look fatty and puffy) but the rest of me is slim so
I'm pretty sure it could be Gynecomastia.

Just tell your doctor your suspicions. I think you'd be surprised at how many know enough of the disease to give you a recommendation/referral to an endo.

Gynecomastia is NOT a disease dude...  Look the word up in a dictionary.  

Gynecomastia is a condition, not a disease.
