Is that why i got Gyne?

When i was about 14-15 i notice the breast-tissues. I remember the left nipple there was almost no tissues at all and on the right side there were a big painful tissue, and days after that it was the left that was pain full and on the right nipple the tissue was gone. Under this period I pinched my nipples to hope they would go  away and they sort of did, but as the days did go by i notice they came back because my pinching and they later stayed for years. Was this really because of my pinchin? So everything is quite much my own fault?
