Ok im 15..

I understand my gynecomastia is caused by an inbalance of hormone levels.
That means im getting to much female hormones, Does this mean im lacking male hormones and will this lead to a small penis....lol

haha no... you're 15... hormones are growing crazy, if anything, your penis will grow not shrink.

IT depends on why your hormones are out of balance. If it is just the temporary imbalance that happens to many adolesences then it will have no impact on your penis growth. If it is because of KF or your testes are not producing any or very little testosterone, then yes. If you are having overall normal development, then you have nothing to worry about.

Your twig will be fine.

I was about 16 before things really started to "develop" and now there is no problem.

Be patient.
