Slightly off topic, but since I had the surgery 5 weeks ago I'm getting more serious at the gym.  It seems most of the guys here work out and could post websites of their routines that work for them.  I feel I'm getting into the same old routine at the gym and want to switch it up.  I found this 9 week program and was interested in more ideas of routines to follow.  Anyway here's the one I found that looks attractive.  Thanks

do some google searches and you will find more just like it!

That looks like a pretty intense routine.  Definitely should be fun.  PLEASE just remember to strech before you lift.  There are a lot of serious exercises in that list, and you could get hurt if you don't strech before.
