Do you have drains? Your skin was just cut open and glands ripped out of a spot its' been in for a while. There will be fluid that accumulates. My left side had more fluid than my right when it was done. If you don't have drains, your body will have to naturally reabsorb the fluid.

Or you can always contact your surgeon if worried. It doesn't take that much effort to pick up the phone and call. If you're not in pain, I say give it some time. I'm 4 months post op and still have a little tenderness and scar tissue.

Yeah are lives are good. Still loving every bit of the money spent. The reason there is so much negative is that right after surgery every one freaks out that Their chest is a little uneven or swollen or the nipples a little darker. In the hands of a good surgeon the results are good and last.

No matter what it's just human nature to worry about 99% of the time about making a mistake picking the right surgeon right after surgery rather than looking forward to the final results. And yes, most of the bad stories on here are from people who didn't go to a gyne specialist. Picked the wrong surgeon.

i just removed my bandages :).

Well, indeed my nipples look weird....a bit going inwards...but i guess thats because swelling of the chest.

I didnt expect much.......i think before operation my puffy nipples looked uglier....

Im happier now, look more like a rambo who have some scaring through fights.......

Well, see how it goes in a couple of days :)

1.5 days post op now ! cheers.

Haha. My nipples looked weird too for a while. The compression had them bent weird and stuff. The first month is a roller coaster ride. Happy, trippin, scared, happy etc.

You've heard it a million times on here...but it's still really hard to do when it's your body.  Be patient.  You're ridiculously early in the healing process to freak out about the results.   You're going to have days you feel great and days you wonder if you did the right thing.  You're literally months away from seeing the final product.

This board is both a blessing and a curse.  It's great to hear all the stories from people who have experienced what you're going through.  But it's very easy to get paranoid about things going wrong and go searching for a 'horror story' that matches what you're experiencing.  We've all done it. ;)
