the compression vests as uncomfortable?

I am considering purchasing one of the underarmour vests, but am concerned that they will be really hot/sweaty to wear?  Also the underarmour brand in particular seems to be for sports people (gym/on field), does it still do a good job concerning the compression of gyne?

What have been your experiences?

Not uncomfortable during the winter but I did find them kinda irritating to wear during the summer. But I live in Texas and it was 110 degrees most of this past summer. I did sweat like a pig in it.
