If you are taking zinc it is best to get it with trace of copper.

Too much zinc alone can cause a copper imbalance and make you feel ill.

I've been taking Zinc (50 mg) for a while now after reading an article about how it can reduce gyne. I haven't seen any results.

Zinc & DIM are to reduce the estrogen E2.  I don't think it reduces gyne.  50 - 80 mg of Zinc is what is recommended alog with 60 -240 mg of DIM.

It varies with each person.  If you have too low E2 or extremely high E2, you will not get a morning erection.
Adjust the DIM dose for best results.

You need to get the estrogen E2 tested before trying to change it.
