Breasts are about the same size after surgery?

I had surgery about 6 weeks ago, my doctor gave me a wrap for after surgery healing, and told me that I wont need it after the initial healing has finished he hadn't made me aware that I need a compression vest. And last appointment I had with him he said that they were healing well, but now they kind of look like they did before I got the surgery, was I supposed to keep the compression wrap on after surgery? I know I am supposed to massage my breasts which admittedly I haven't done (Busy with working out and such).

How bad a case did you have. Where did you get the surgery done, and what kind?.

I think it usual that you were not advised to wear a vest - unless it was very very minor case.
