Consultation costs? Free?
Could you please let me know the costs of the consultation? Also please include which doctor you saw. I am particularily interested in Fielding & Listas costs.

Dr. Fielding:  $100....  Paid by OHIP.

Dr. Lista:  $100....  Taken off the cost of surgery, if you go that far. If you choose not to have surgery, then your $100 is gone...
