Hi,

I was diagnosed with gynecomastia about 3 months ago and have been on tamoxifen since then. It initially presented with a hard lump under each nipple but this has now disappeared (I think I caught it early) yet I'm still left with puffiness under each nipple, especially the left (the one that presented with a hard lump first).

I was wondering if there were any drug based fixes that I could enquire about with my doctor, seeing as I've had such fantastic results with the tamoxifen so far, or is surgery the only option?

I should also mention that I had elevated prolactin and oestrogen when I had my bloods done before I commenced the tamoxifen.

Thank you.

Edit: Also forgot to ask, is it likely to settle with time? I'm 19 and so I'm assuming this is due to a hormonal imbalance.
