I just noticed that my original post is dated March 15.  It is now July 11 - almost four months.  I have worn my bras now in almost all kinds of day-to-day situations with no undue attention everyday.  Putting on a bra is as normal as putting  on socks now.

The camisole with built-in support is my favorite and most comfortable item, though sports bras are almost as comfortable.  To those who are considering the option of wearing a bra, go for it!  They are comfortable, practical, and soothing.  By all means go for a fitting, learn your options, decide on what fits your personal needs and enjoy the experience.

I sawca guy jogging down my street last week who was wearing an X-back sports camisole with built-in bra and a pair of shorts.  He looked comfortable and confident.  No one (except me) seemed to be paying any attention to him.

I saw my specialist about my liver today. Apparently I'm not doing my due diligence in diet and exercise. Even though I have lost 100 lb before I saw this specialist, and 30 lb after seeing him, I'm just not there yet with stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. Proper weight is essential to prolong my life, and the doctor won't put me on a liver transplant list and have the liver wasted on someone who won't take care of it.

Life expectancy without a liver transplant is 5 years, and my hopes of being placed on the transplant list are quickly fading.

I see the specialist again in six months, and I best be at least a hundred pounds lighter by then or I'm not going to get on this list. I need to convince him that I'll take care of the new liver.

This weekend I'm going to make non-fried egg rolls in my air fryer to eat on this weekend. Basically shredded cabbage, chicken, shredded carrots, spices, rice paper, and egg. I'll serve those up with a side salad. That should be perfect under my diet plan.

Well I am hoping to find a few racerback bras that will help project now.  Not squish.  They are sensitive and I am not sure, but I think I am starting to head into C cup territory and the bras do seem a bit snug. They are rated for B/C, but.....

Brain fog, mild anxiety, skin Changes & sensitivity, loss of libido. Those were the clues & cues I got from your post.

I lost a great amount of body hair during that phase. My reading showed me that the hair follicular circulation is greatly affected by prolactin in the negative. I also had a wonderful new sensitivity on my skin

Tell me!   Was there in 206-2019 (each Dec.) and saw gradual decline.  I am just happy the office was there.

Now, I have again lost a fair amount of weight over the past couple of weeks due to the soft diet.  Down again below 210.  But the girls are pushing 50.5, up from 49-50 a couple of months ago.

They keep projecting outward a bit, and are currently tender and a bit sore.

Mine are not able to pass the pencell test... yet.   So no actual underboob.  They are perky and out, not overflowing.
