They don't surgically remove scar tissue if thats what you are asking.
It is treated with injections. Should be covered by the cost of your original operation

Scar Revision can be a part of Redo Gynecomastia Surgery.  The scars can be those of the surface, or deeper deformities.  You can see actual pictures during revision gynecomastia surgery where I address both superficial and deeper scars.  Location of revision access really depends on the deformity to be treated.
