Hello,

I saved a lot and finally was able to do my surgery yesterday. I struggled with Gyno for the better part of my teenage years and then adult life.
I have couple of questions. My gyno was termed as "Grade 4" by the doctor. However, according to him, the gland was removed primarily by use of the liposuction itself.
So after the surgery, I do have a flat chest but I have a nipple that is popping out. It is not puffy (well a little), more like saggy. Is this normal? I expected it to be completely flat.
I can also feel some water when I apply pressure on my chest. I can even literally hear it. I am not sure if this is alright. I called the doctor and he said that it is fine and natural and it will likely go away. I am afraid this might be a seroma or hematoma. :(

I am freaking out a bit.
