I had touch-up liposuction almost 4 weeks ago. The swelling has gone down, but I still have significant amounts of hard tissue on the bottom of my chest, stretching from one side to the other (under the armpit). The hard tissue wasn't there before, and it's really noticeable - making it look even worse than before. I suppose it's a combination of scar tissue and blood clots, I don't know.

I'm afraid my compression vest hasn't been tight enough.

Will it resolve over time? This is my 3rd surgery, I'm so pissed right now.

What does your PS say?

I haven't talked with her yet.

It was a norwegian PS. But anyway, can I expect it to go away with time?

From what I've read, there's a good chance it'll go away. If you're not sore and stitched up, squeeze the hell out of it. Talk to your doctor first though.

Give your body at least 3 months to heal...   Four weeks is much to early to be passing judgement...
