Dear All,

I am suffering from Gyne since a young age and thanks to this forum, I have gathered a good amount of helpful info on this.

Now the issue is, I am hitting the gym regularly and have lost a lot of weight, owing to which my gyne is not very visible unless I go bare chested.

But now and then I get this pain (slight pain) on my right nipple, I think from the breast tissue.  Nothing from the left though. I get this not just now but since a long time even before I started loosing weight. Any info on this would help... Does it mean Estrogen is kicking in hard?

Male Breast Tenderness can be a sign of gland stimulation / growth.  Male breast discomfort can also come from mechanical stimulation or trauma.  Such issues are better explored during a consultation after an evaluation.  When hormonal stimulation is a significant factor, then I prefer an Endocrinologist evaluation for my patients to minimize recurrence.

Hope this helps,
