Doomed......not all all the the foods on the list from the site you linked promote estrogen.  The list from that site is targeting post-menopausal women who should include that stuff in their diet for good health and to help with hormone production.  olive oil, fruits, and seeds are not going to increase estrogen production in men.

I've been getting my information from a bok by Ori Hofmekler, The Anti-estrogenic diet.

Thanks for clarifying, I thought that was kind of odd that all those foods could promote estrogen.

How is that book?  I heard that it outlines a program or diet.  Have you tired it and if so, any results?

Also, Omega 3's are good, but what about 6 and 9's?  Any info there on those?

O currently take Udo's 3.6.9 blend, seen here: http://www.highclassnutrition.com/details/shop/FL-004

Ingredients are: flax oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil, coconut oil, evening primrose oil (13mg GLA per tbsp), rice germ and bran oil, soy lecithin (gmo free), tocotrienols (organic).

Let me know what you think of this product and these ingredients for anti-aromatase/anti-estrogen etc.
