Hello all, I'm going under the knife Monday morning and had a few questions about recovery. My PS showed me the compression garment I will be wearing post-op and it's the kind with the velcro front and covers just the upper chest. For those that have had the surgery, how long were you instructed to wear the compression garment post-op? Is it only a few weeks or months? If its over a period of months then I'd prefer to order a few underwork #997s since they look more comfortable. Also, are you required to wear it 24/7? I guess what I mean is by 1 month post-op, did you only wear the compression vest to sleep and nothing during the day? Thanks for any advice in advance! ;D

  • Had expensive surgery... Now I'm flat busted!
Yes, 24/7.  I switched to the Underworks compression shirt as you mentioned after a 1 1/2 weeks.  I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Underworks.  They're great.
