Swelling after 3 months?

While my left side seems to be fine, my right side is still swollen. There is swelling around the pectoral muscle, and when I flex, I can see a crease from my nipple outwards. I massaged around the nipple area for the first month or so, but should be massaging the pectoral muscle as well?
