I am researching a paper about gynecomastia and have come across passages that describe instances of men who have produced milk. This seems to have occured in extreme circumstances such as men producing milk in POW camps during world war 2. This particular passage attributed the lactation to malnutrition. Although other books say that if a man continuously lets a baby suckle on his breast, he may start to lactate. Is this more liekly to work if he has gynecomastia? I was wondering if anyone on here has ever produced milk? I wish my breasts would in a way, does anyone else feel like that?

There are several groups on Yahoo! about male breasts that have at least several members that have and still do lactate.
